Again, People summit to much crap to NG's. For the most abusive submissions, i wonder why they bother trying: they waste our time and just waste resources on the server.

I have some guesses for the abusive submissions. Yeah, it is likely some people like trolling the hordes of reviewers (reminder: not everyone looks at the newest uploads), but i have another idea.

Perhaps they submit obvious crap for a free blame points to everyone? There is no risk in creating an account and submitting simple and crappy flash. And there is no deminishing returns to just receiving 1 point in a blame.

Perhaps our webmaster Tom should set checks to weaken the blam points, or remove the points, of bad submits that are obviously intended to be blamed.

Some means can be with file size checks, or the author's rating of previous submissions (if any), the use(or lack of) flash avatars, and certain words within the authors comments (like: "vote 5 plz").

I created this profile years ago, but now i speak!

You see, I've come to NG to review new submissions for my own practice. I must improve my English skills, Is there no better way to practice than to write reviews to the large, over-abundant, flash submissions submitted to NGs?

Also! People submit to much crap here... I feel helpful removing the bad flashes before some poor virgin's eyes sees an abusive submission. There has to be like 1 good flash to every 200 bad flashes. O.o
